Lichtenstein

After a bit of a lie in we got up and decided to head east. We were keen to continue our explorations of the micro-nations and headed on East to Lichtenstein which is the largest micro-nation we have been to. We quickly passed the boarder (there was no control) and headed towards the capital city, which we arrived at very quickly (being that the country is only 7 km wide and almost 11km long).  We parked up just outside the city (if you can call it that) and had a walk around, including up the hill to the palace (you cannot go in the palace as the Prince lives there). Within about 30 minutes we had seen and done everything so we decided to head to our camper stop which turned out to be high up a hill, poor Pierre.  We finally reached the top of the hill and thought about going for a walk but it as getting dark and a bit cold so we wrapped up for the night and watched as it got colder and started to snow. Overnight it continued to snow and got very cold meaning we got a little concerned as to the journey back down the hill in the morning. Luckily by the morning it seemed to be a little warmer and clearer and we made it down the hill in one piece. Next we were continuing east and heading into Switzerland.
